Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand aviation schedules can change due to weather, assignments, and training demands. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so the time can be offered to another pilot. Late cancellations or missed visits may require prepayment for future bookings, with reasonable consideration given for unexpected operational circumstances. Missed Appointments Repeated no-shows may result in restricted scheduling privileges or a prepayment requirement for future appointments. Payment Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless prepaid online. BasicMed exams are generally not billed to insurance. Documentation & Eligibility Pilots are responsible for bringing the required BasicMed checklist and meeting BasicMed eligibility requirements. Exams cannot be completed without required forms. Outcome Notice Checklist completion and exam sign-off do not guarantee BasicMed eligibility or flight privileges. Final eligibility depends on meeting BasicMed program requirements. Waitlist An optional priority waitlist is available for earlier openings. If a slot becomes available, we will notify you and offer it on a first-response basis.
