Cancellation Policy

Consultation Booking Policy Aviation medical consultation appointments are reserved exclusively for dedicated physician review and guidance. To keep scheduling reliable and fair for all pilots, consultation visits are prepaid in full at the time of booking. Consultations may be conducted by secure video or in person, depending on the service selected. Please provide accurate information when booking so the visit can be used efficiently. If you need to reschedule, we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice. With adequate notice, your payment may be applied to a future consultation appointment. Late cancellations or missed consultation visits may not be eligible for refund, though reasonable consideration is given for unexpected operational or aviation-related schedule disruptions. Consultations provide individualized guidance, risk review, and planning support but do not include a physical exam and do not guarantee FAA certification outcomes or BasicMed eligibility determinations. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that this visit reserves dedicated physician time.
